Do I need to move again?

It's almost been a year since I live in my current apartment. I got a letter from leasing office recently, and my rent will increase a lot if I continue living here -- about 200 bucks more than what I pay currently. I went to the leasing office trying to negotiate the price, but they don't allow bargaining at all. Either pay that much or just move out.

Will I be moving again? I'm sooooooo tired of moving now.

When will I stay at a place I would feel secure like a real home? I feel like I'm wandering in this world, there is no solid base for me anywhere to settle down. Not only a physical place to live, but also a mental place for my heart to stay in and rely on.
